Bellissimi bloc notes, stampa perfetta e ottima fattura. Avevo fatto un errore nell'impaginazione e sono stata prontamente contattata dall'assistenza per la correzione prima della stampa. Sicuramente farò stampare altri prodotti!

Ritardo di più di una settimana nella consegna della merce, pessima qualità di stampa, carta non conforme a quanto richiesto, rilegatura fatiscente, che si sfalda non appena si apre il blocco appunti; colori sbiaditi e immagini poco definite.

siamo spiacenti che il prodotto non sia stato in linea con le aspettative. Come da sua richiesta, abbiamo provveduto a ritirare il materiale e a rimborsare il costo dell'intero ordine.
Teniamo a sottolineare che il materiale giunto presso la nostra sede presentava leggeri difetti solo su alcuni esemplari della fornitura, non sull'intera tiratura e non con la gravità descritta. E' nostra responsabilità, tuttavia, l'invio del prodotto con tempistiche non conformi all'ordine da lei eseguito.
