On me renvoie les impressions sans tache, mais cette fois-ci le papier reçu n’était pas le 300gm que j’ai commandé. C’est le troisième problème que je rencontre lors de mes commandes… perte de temps et qualité à la baisse, peut-être serait-il judicieux de mettre un service de contrôle de la qualité? En revanche, super service clientèle, toujours très réactif et présent, et super travail d’impression quand c’est bien fait (raison pour laquelle je continue de commander chez Sprint malgré les erreurs à répétition).

siamo spiacenti che il supporto scelto non sia adatto all’uso che doveva farne.
Per esigenze specifiche, consigliamo sempre di acquistare il campionario per non confondere peso con rigidità, che sono due caratteristiche differenti nei materiali. Per un prodotto molto rigido proponiamo nei supporti speciali la Enso Coat che ha una tensione doppia a parità di grammatura rispetto alla carta patinata.
