Primo ordine ok, secondo ordine una truffa...

Gentile Cliente,
siamo spiacenti che ci sia stato un problema sul suo ordine e la ringraziamo per aver lasciato questa recensione.
Il suo ordine, come già descritto nell'iter di contestazione del suo prodotto, non presenta in realtà nessun problema. La contestazione si basa su una bassa qualità di stampa di un ordine di 500 volantini (ristampa in digitale) in confronto ad un primo ordine di 5000 volantini (offset).
La stampa in digitale differisce da quella offset per qualità ed intensità cromatica, ed è quindi impossibile riprodurre uno stampato con differenti tecnologie. Non otterremmo mai la stessa stampa in questo modo, e sarebbe inutile una ristampa del prodotto. Le abbiamo però offerto un indennizzo in buono d'acquisto, che lei ha rifiutato.
Di conseguenza, siamo a consigliarle di ristampare l'interezza della tiratura offset (5000 volantini) per ottenere una ristampa fedele al primo ordine.
