Qualità ottima, consegna nei tempi e gentilissimi nel darmi qualche pezzo in più di entrambi i prodotti.

I quaderni spiralati sono di qualità sopra la media, come tutto ciò che solitamente stampo con Sprint24.
La carta usomano Diablo è vellutata e la resa dei colori è ottima.
I prodotti non hanno mai difetti e sono spediti con cura.

Très bien mais légèrement moins bien que la dernière fois ! La qualité de l'impression est très bien mais le pliage n'est plus aussi clean : Les carnets ne sont pas bien pliés et restent ouverts. Du coup il faut les laisser sous des livres pendant quelques jours (ce n'était pas le cas la dernière fois). Je n'ai pas non plus réussi à choisir la même qualité de papier intérieur que la dernière fois, pourtant avec le même nombre de page. Il y avait un message qui disait que les agrafes ne pouvaient pas supporter l'épaisseur ! J'ai l'impression que la technique a un peu changé depuis la fois précédente, c'est dommage.

Ho ordinato dei taccuini che sono arrivati con un errore di stampa (non è stato stampato il retro della copertina, lavorazione acquistata e che prevede un costo aggiuntivo). Fatto presente l'errore, dopo 4 giorni, mi sono state proposte 2 alternative per rimediare: la ristampa a fronte del ritiro di tutto l'ordine (peccato che i taccuini in questione siano stati utilizzati in quei giorni visto che sono stati stampati per essere distribuiti in un determinato evento), o un buono sconto del 20% su un ordine successivo (che, visto l'errore, non sarà di certo fatto). Fatta richiesta di un rimborso totale, sono stata "liquidata" con: "non si può, il codice per lo sconto è questo...". Ho trovato un pessimo servizio clienti non in grado di trovare una soluzione soddisfacente a fronte di un loro problema.

La risoluzione di un reclamo viene gestita da Sprint24, come correttamente da lei elencato, in due modi:
1) ristampa della merce con ritiro di quella errata
2) buono di credito del 20% per un prossimo ordine sul valore dell'ordine errato
Sprint24 è sempre disponibile nella risoluzione di un reclamo poiché nostro interesse soddisfare ogni cliente. Non possiamo però accettare come mezzo risolutivo un rimborso totale dell'ordine dopo che lo stesso è stato ritirato ed utilizzato (nonostante difetti).

Qualité d'impression est parfaite, la découpe également. Tout est parfait : délai, rapport qualité prix...
Seuls points d'amélioration pourraient être les agrafes, trop basiques, ou la forme de la découpe, trop simple. Les carnets manque donc de fantaisie et de charme particulier. On pourrait par exemple imaginer des points de couture au lieu des agrafes ou des coins arrondis...
