We always try to give our best, but when we execute hundreds of works, at times something goes wrong. Our production is correct in 98% of cases but the restant percentage, although very small, it’s very important to us, because we know that our customers have expectations, commitments and deadlines and it’s for this reason that we always take care to respond and solve every contestation.
What to do if you find yourself in this situation?
- Take clear photos of the defect found
- Send us an email to email@example.com explaining the problem and attaching the order’s images and references
In case a deep file check would be needed, it will be asked to send only a part or all the material to our headquarters: Sprint24 - via Tiberio Imperatore 23 - 00145 Rome (Italy)
