Purtroppo la settimana di Natale è drammatica per tutte le spedizioni che sono spesso in ritardo di diversi giorni nostro malgrado

Tuttavia, per errore di un addetto (cosi mi è stato scritto), non è stato mandato in produzione il quantitativo da me richiesto e quindi non è stato rispettata la tempistica di consegna di tutti i pezzi.
Chiamo per annullare l'invio della rimanenza (avvenuta diversi giorni a seguire), poiché non mi sarebbe più servita a nulla, e per chiedere il rimborso di quelle non spedite.
Cosa succede? più sentiti, e le buste rimanenti sono state spedite e ora le dovrò buttare, come i soldi che ho speso.
