Les livres arrivent en bon état, quand il y a des défauts le personnel est à l'écoute et le SAV nickel. Les couleurs ressortent bien. Nous avons fait imprimer 3 ouvrages à ce jour et 2 en cours :)

Le produit fini est parfait (livre relié avec couverture rigide) et correspond bien à l'idée que je m'en faisait.

J'avais choisi un contrôle avec opérateur et je ne l'ai pas regretté car les échanges avec le service technique n'ont permis de comprendre mes erreurs et de les résoudre. (Je n'avais pas bien compris le rôle des dimensions figurant dans le template pour la couverture)
Seul bémol, prévoir un peu de marge sur le délai pour la livraison si il y a un impératif.

Je recommande donc sans arrière-pensée et je réutiliserai les services de sprint24.

C'est mon deuxième livre en autoédition et je recherchais une impression avec reliure et couverture cartonnée en 75 exemplaires.
L'offre de Sprint24, bien documentée sur le site Internet, répondait complétement à ma recherche, avec quelques plus : assistance, signet de couleur, coûts - délais.
L'assistance pour le centrage de la couverture, la qualité de la réalisation (impression, reliure, signet, couverture cartonnée) et la tenue des délais ont été au rendez-vous.

J'avais commandé un tirage de livre cartonnée, l'impression est très bine, rien à redire. J'aurai juste aimé pouvoir avoir un prototype en cartonné et non en couverture souple. Car cela m'a beaucoup stressé vis à vis du résultat finale mais qui je le répète est parfait. Les livres sont arrivés en très bon état.
