The customer service was exceptional and attentive. However, I paid extra for a faster shipping and delivery, and the order was not shipped until more than one full week after the estimated date when I ordered. No explanation was given for the significant delay. No options are available for me to request some sort of partial refund for the extra money I paid that has been completely useless in terms of expediting the delivery. Similarly, little to no information was provided with regard to delivery and tracking options, making it very difficult to plan my schedule accordingly. As I write this, I haven't even received my order.

I ordered my wedding booklets with Sprint24 and the result was perfect! I called to get advice on what type of paper to use, and the girl was super helpful. I was also stressed about the delivery to Portugal, but it came on time and was super easy. All in all, a great experience! THANK YOU!
