[1] The assurance of Business class ends with the order’s delivery to the courier according to the time indicated in the order confirmation: any delay caused by the courier is not a Sprint24’s responsibility. The discount coupon received can be used for the following orders and it can’t be converted into money.
The respect of the timing is subject to the submission of the correct file and the payment receipt within 1 hour from the order; if these factors won’t be respected, the order will be postponed consequently. For further information, please see the article n°8 in our Policies.

[4] The modification doesn’t request supplements but only the payment of the difference between the two products.
[5] The files will remain on the server for maximum 2 years. In case the files are deteriorated or lost for accidental causes, Sprint24 is exempt from any responsibility. The service can be interrupted by Sprint24 at any moment.
