What are the shipping times?

If you send a correctly formatted file, the confirmed order is processed quickly, and the shipment takes place by courier within 24 hours. Packages are tracked and the courier monitored. What does a tear block look like and how is it delivered?
A tear block consists of 10 to 100 sheets glued sideways or stapled. Each block has a white / grey card of 400 gr that supports it, and when stapled it has a transparent cover. Tickets can be numbered or not, or they can have other customizations of variable data such as a QR code.
Tear blocks are counted and packed in equal cellophane packs. Afterwards they are shipped in Havana double wave boxes in single packages or gathered on pallets. Couriers do not deliver to the floor, and for shipments on pallets you must be equipped for unloading.
What kind of format should the project file have?
The file must be in PDF, in high resolution. The size must match that of the ordered product, it cannot be to scale.
