La puntualità è essenziale. Qui non è di casa. Considerate almeno una settimana oltre la data di consegna indicata per evitare figuracce con i clienti.

siamo spiacenti che la sua consegna abbia subito un ritardo ed il vettore non abbia consegnato in 24 ore come previsto.
Abbiamo indagato sui suoi precedenti ordini, e dal report interno sono risultati sempre spediti nelle date previste o in anticipo.
Purtroppo gli ultimi 2 ordini hanno subito dei ritardi sia per problematiche di produzione che di gestione dai corrieri a causa dell'emergenza Covid, che sta generando problemi di approvvigionamento e coordinamento.

Sprint 24 mi sta ascoltando e il mio contatto è stato molto professionale e mi ha aiutato a completare la stampa del mio primo libro. Il prezzo è molto interessante e i tempi di consegna rispettati. Peccato che ci siano delle funzionalità che compaiono in alcune pagine, ma nel complesso sono molto soddisfatto.
Sprint 24 is listening and my contact was very professional and helped me finalize the printing of my first book. The price is very attractive and the delivery times respected. Too bad there are features that appear on some pages, but overall I am very satisfied.

Velocità di stampa, prezzi molto ragionevoli. Abbiamo avuto suggerimenti e contatti con la referente e con l'addetto alla produzione dei testi richiesti. Siamo stati richiamati per avvisarci che per mero errore avevamo segnalato stampe in bianco e nero con copertina a colori. Abbiamo corretto l'ordine. In meno di una settimana le 30 copie richieste sono state regolarmente consegnate. Con questi importi, credo che ricorreremo a futuri progetti.

The art of sewing pages
Sprint24 offers a service of digital printing of books online with sewn binding (and perfect binding as well): pages sewn together and glued to the back of the cover, a mostly preferred solution because it provides a stronger resistance to wear. With the stitching binding Sprint24 allows you to choose various formats, the presence of one or two cover flaps and various materials. And there is more!

The cover can be laminated choosing between various modalities and glossy UV details, also in relief! Still not enough? Do you have to insert inside a CD or a DVD? A pocket for CD or an adhesive button are also foreseen! Send us your file, we will think about the rest!
