How to properly create files
Printing flat unfinished sheets is a great way to optimise your production. Letโs see how to properly create print files.
1. Graphic file
In double-sided flat unfinished sheets printing, sheets rotate on the short side. This is an essential information if you want one side to match the corresponding one.
Once you choose the format you need, download our template (that you can find in the product page): this will prevent you from making mistakes that could undermine the quality of your work, such as placing graphic designs beyond the printable area.
The file you will attach to the order shall be a high-quality pdf, without any crop marks and bleed.
Checklist
Always remember that your file has to comply with the following features that apply to every file:
- 1:1 scale and 5mm bleed for each side
- CMYK colour model
- High-quality PDF
- Images resolution: 300ppi
- Always check the internal security margins.
